General Manager's Update

Dear guests,

Now that we're nearing final completion of our $50 million beautification project, I'd like to take one last opportunity to inform you of the most recent developments at our beachfront Resort.

Over the past few months we've installed brand new elevators in both wings of our resort. All 4 guest elevators received a complete overhaul, both in the way they look as well in the latest technology that has been installed. This improved the functionality of our elevators and hopefully it will contribute to an enhanced guest experience.

Which brings me to another exciting project that will be completed very soon. During a five-week period we'be been busy upgrading our pool facilities. The pool was fully resurfaced and the surrounding rock formations in the pool area were part of a beautification project. For those of you checking in with us by the end of this weekend, or in the weeks and months to come: we truly hope you will enjoy our renewed pool facilities and we wish you a joyous stay at our water playground, that re-opens September 20, 2009.

We thank all of you for your continued support and patience while we finalized the last projects that were part of the beautification project we started almost 2 years ago. Looking back on the entire process it's been quite the adventure and we are very much aware how many of you joined us on that, sometimes challenging, ride.

We are confident you'll love what we've done to the hotel and we hope to welcome you soon at our all new Playground for All Generations!
