Restaurants

As a part of our renovation activities two of our restaurants were renovated and expanded. The spacious beach front restaurant La Vista re-opened October 20th, offering a daily breakfast buffet as well as Italian specialties at night. Ristorante Tuscany, our fine dining restaurant for Northern Italian cuisine, is no longer part of our Food & Beverage offerings. We transformed this restaurant into a Ruth's Chris Steak House, that opened its doors February 11, 2008.

The Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino offers a total of 5 different dining options on property. Breakfast is served daily in La Vista Restaurant and at night you'll find Italian flavored dinner specialties here. Simply Fish offers a sunset dining experience on the beach, a catch of the day and delicious seafood. Waves Bar & Grill and our Pool Bar serve light fare for lunch. An upscale dining experience with the best steak you've ever had is within your reach at Ruth's Chris Steak House, located in the North Tower of the Resort. And in our brand new Lobby you will find delicious sushi and sashimi at the Ketsu Sushi Bar. At the adjacent Marriott's Aruba Ocean Club the Champions Sports Bar & Restaurant offers family style lunch and dinner options.
